An update on our COVID-19 protocols and procedures:
Since the start of the pandemic, we have been committed to following the guidance of the CDC, local, and state public health officials. Given the diminished state of COVID, both nationally and in Wisconsin, there is unanimous agreement that some COVID-related public health mandates are no longer necessary in our region. This has been confirmed by the CDC’s new guidance on the “Use and Care of Masks,” the White House’s National COVID-19 Preparedness Plan, the discontinuation of mask mandates in 49 states, and the end of the City of Milwaukee’s mask mandate on March 1.
Specifically, we will discontinue requirements that all audience members are to be masked in our theater effective Monday, April 4.
Lakeland Players will no longer be operating at a reduced seating capacity. However, we still suggest that theater patrons continue to practice social distancing when when selecting seats.
